THE PRODUCT DESK
Small improvements.
Better workdays.
Follow what’s new in CarrierFlo. Product improvements, clearer workflows, and the details that make your everyday work a little simpler.
A clearer desk. A better view of your fleet.
Desk
- Compliance now has its own workspace. Track requirements against your drivers, trucks, and trailers, attach supporting documents, and see missing or upcoming items in the portal notification inbox. Choose which requirements apply to your operation before enabling reminders.
- Customer portal access follows one setup flow: create a private setup link, share it with your contact, and let them choose a PIN. Returning customers sign in with their email and PIN.
- Rebuilt company and asset pages with clearer tabs, organized fields, and linked load records. Company contacts and portal access now have room to work.
- Load history has cleaner summaries, readable light and dark themes, and clearer year and month groups. Search results show a load count, and Clear filters takes you back to the full history.
- Analytics has a redesigned workspace with clearer charts and customer revenue views.
Site
- Explore supported ELD and telematics providers in an interactive logo gallery. Search for a provider and open its details to see the available data categories.
- The pricing calculator now puts your fleet estimate front and center as you adjust trucks, seats, and optional modules.
- A refreshed website brings interactive product previews, original freight paintings, and our stamped CF mark together. The homepage also introduces our North American focus.
Fixes
- Company load statuses now use the shared status palette. Improved payout amount spacing and invoice filter controls.
- Improved contrast across portal controls and the integrations connection button, and added more space between analytics headings and previews.
Desk
- Email Refresh pulls Titan catch-all mail into the matching
{username}@carrierflo.cominbox. Company hello@ stays in Titan.
Desk
- Email gives each carrier a load inbox on carrierflo.com — create
{username}@in the empty state. Rate cons land in CarrierFlo; no DNS or Google connect.
Desk
- Spreadsheet import reads the sheet like a rate confirmation: draft loads, then an editable preview. Manual column mapping is behind Adjust mapping.
- Pickup and delivery keep full locations and date plus time on the same appointment fields.
Site
- Marketing site refreshed to a calmer, sharper look — same CarrierFlo story, less visual noise.
- Pricing stays public; activation runs through a setup call while we’re in open beta.
Desk
- Overview and Load board metrics sit on one continuous board so the day’s numbers scan in a glance.
- Tracking map keeps Mapbox; pickup and delivery details live in a panel beside the map instead of corner overlays.
- Load detail keeps Documents, Tracking, Notes, Activity, and Money on one load record.
- Share tracking sends one load’s map, ETA, and chosen documents. The fleet map stays private.
- Offers turns the dispatch inbox into a load board: connect Gmail, scan lanes, book or pass.
Invoicing
- Invoices board so issued invoices aren’t only a load-status tab.
- Generate invoice from the load with clearer status; mark issued invoices paid from the Invoices board.
- Invoice settings (prefix, numbering, logo) drive what customers see on the face.
Fixes
- Replacing prototype link-style actions with proper status chips and buttons.
- Ongoing pass to keep copy plain and honest in open beta.
